Some products on Battleforge.shop are available for pre-order, before they are officially released or arrive at our warehouse. This allows you to secure the product you want early, especially for limited edition or highly anticipated releases.

How Pre-Orders Work

- Payment is charged at the time of ordering, securing your product reservation.

- Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days from the product's official release or availability date.

- Delivery dates depend on supplier availability and may change due to production or shipping delays from the manufacturer, which are beyond our control.

- You will be notified immediately via email of any changes to the estimated delivery date.

Mixed Orders

If your order contains both in-stock products and pre-orders, shipment will be made when all products are available. If you wish to receive available items earlier, contact us to arrange a partial shipment.

Manufacturer Cancellation

In the rare event that a pre-ordered product is cancelled by the manufacturer or becomes permanently unavailable, you will receive a full refund with no additional charges.

Your Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a pre-order before it ships, contact us as soon as possible at info@battleforge.shop and we will issue a full refund.
